Lead API
The Marketo Leads API provides a large set of capabilities for simple CRUD applications against lead records, as well as the ability to modify a lead's membership in static lists and programs, and initiate Smart Campaign processing for leads.
Static Lists
Marketo offers a set of REST APIs for performing CRUD operations on static lists. These APIs follow the standard interface pattern for asset APIs providing Query, Create, Update, and Delete options.
